The EnviroPad-TC is a robust, easy to use, multi-function handheld thermometer that takes and records temperature readings via the attached thermocouple probe. The EnviroPad-TC has two functions: Data Logging and Spot Measurement.
The EL-GFX-TC data logger measures and stores more than 250,000 temperature readings from a K, J or T-type thermocouple at a resolution of 0.1 C (0.2 F). It comes supplied with a K-type thermocouple capable of measuring from -80 to +400 C (-112 to +752 F).
The HOBO UX120 Thermocouple Logger is a four-channel LCD data logger for measuring and recording temperature in a broad range of monitoring applications. The logger makes it easy and convenient to record temperatures over a broad range (-260 to 182C) and can accept up to four J, K, T, E, R, S, B, or N type probes.

Thermocouple data loggers are a specific type of temperature loggers that measure and record temperature through the use of a thermocouple. A thermocouple measures temperature by comparing the differences with the temperature sensor with an adjoined conductor inside the instrument. The difference in temperature between the two conductors creates an electrical current that is then measured by a voltmeter and then converted to a temperature reading.
There are different types of thermocouples depending on measurement range and sensitivity. The most appropriate for general use is the type-k thermocouple because it is largely inexpensive and has a wide measurement range. Many multi-purpose temperature loggers use a type k thermocouple and is mostly the most available model for general use thermocouple data loggers.
