The new MSR175Pro is MSR's next-generation shock data logger for transformer transport and demanding heavy-load applications.
Building on the proven performance of the MSR175 series, the MSR175Pro has been specifically designed to meet the requirements of the energy sector and to ensure the safe transport of high-value, heavy and sensitive goods. It provides an excellent solution for customers in the energy industry, heavy-load logistics and high-value industrial goods transportation.
Key features of the MSR175Pro
- Integrated 3-axis acceleration sensor built into the housing, measuring range selectable between ±10 g, ±20 g or ±40 g
- Adjustable measurement and storage rate: 4 Hz, 8 Hz, 16 Hz, 31 Hz, 62 Hz, 125 Hz, 250 Hz, 500 Hz, 1000 Hz, 2000 Hz
- Use of anti-aliasing filter and decimation filter
- High-pass filter for removing static acceleration (gravitational acceleration)
- Shock threshold adjustable in steps of 0.5 g
- Ring memory for up to 1,000 shock events
- Separate, non-rewritable additional memory for relevant shock events above a second threshold value
Includes proven features of the MSR175 series
- 1 internal temperature sensor
- Measuring and storage rate of the environmental sensors: every 10 minutes
- Over 2 million measured values storage capacity
- Replaceable Li-SOCl₂ battery with a service life of at least 2 years (depending on sampling rate and number of events)
- Multi-colour LED indicators for status, memory and battery
- Robust IP65 design for harsh transport environments
- Mounting via screws
- MSR175 software package included: Dashboard software for easy commissioning, MSR ReportGenerator for automatic creation of transport reports, MSR ShockViewer for in-depth analysis and visualisation of shock sequences, Export to standard formats (CSV, PDF) for engineering and quality assurance
