The MKlll-LR is a wireless, solar-powered weather station providing the best accuracy of any consumer weather station on the market. This compact, rugged and elegantly designed unit comes fully assembled providing quick and easy installation. 

-Comes with temperature, humidity, wind speed and wind direction sensors with rain gauge.

-Includes the RainWise MK-III sensor that transmits up to 1600m and offers a real-time 2-second wind speed and direction update interval.

-Uses a rotary design for the windspeed sensor to minimize breaking due to freezing.

The MKlll-LR is a wireless, solar-powered weather station providing the best accuracy of any consumer weather station on the market. This compact, rugged and elegantly designed unit comes fully assembled providing quick and easy installation.
Known for our accurate and reliable sensor assembly, the MKlll-LR has several groundbreaking features including:
- Transmission range of up to one mile (when positioned with an unobstructed line-of-site view to the receiver) that surpasses the current long-range distance of 1000 feet.
- Rapid data refresh rate of every 2 seconds makes receiving your data virtually real-time
- This unit is available with the option of including our tipping bucket rain gauge - the tipping bucket design was originally developed by RainWise in 1974 and has become the industry standard for rain gauges
The MKlll-LRs lightweight and compact design makes installation quick and easy. Various mounting options are available including the RainWise Mono Mount. The MKlll-LR is supplied with a detachable mast section that can be secured to an existing structure.
