The Kyoritsu 4102A Earth Tester is capable of testing earth resistance up to 1200. This can be achieved via the 2 pole or 3 pole method with the supplied accessories.
The Kyoritsu 4102A Earth Tester is designed so that the influence of the earth voltage and earth resistance of the auxiliary spikes are neglected under the earth resistance test. A low measuring current of 2mA allows earth resistance tests to be performed without tripping earth leakage current breakers. The Kyoritsu 4102A Earth Tester also has the ability to measure earth voltage, up to 30V AC.
Small and lightweight, the Kyoritsu 4102A Earth Tester is both dust and drip proof, conforming to the IP54 standard. The instrument is also shock resistant and designed to meet IEC 61010-1 safety standard. The Kyoritsu 4102A-H Earth Tester is supplied with earth resistance test leads, measurement probe, auxiliary spike kit, batteries, a shoulder strap and a hard carry case.
Features:
- The latest circuit design permits the instrument to operate with the minimum of influence from earth voltage and earth resistance of auxiliary earth spikes.
- Dust and drip proof. (designed to IEC 529 IP54)
- Earth resistance value can be read directly from the scale.
- Designed to meet IEC 61010-1 safety standard.
- Capable of measuring earth voltage.
- Small and lightweight. Shock resistant new case material.
- 2mA measuring current permits earth resistance tests without tripping earth leakage current breakers in the circuit under test.
- Lead wire connection to C and P terminals and proper auxiliary earth resistance can be checked by OK lamp.
- Lead wire connection to C and E terminals is good when OK lamp is illuminated.
- Hard Carry Case
