The Kyoritsu 3166 is a low cost, analogue insulation tester, capable of measuring insulation resistance up to 2000 milliohms at 1000V. The 3166 features an expanded megaohm scale and AC voltmeter scale for easy reading. The Kyoritsu 3166 is housed in a new robust case, suitable for industrial use and is supplied with test leads, batteries, cord case and shoulder strap.
