The Kyoritsu 3023 insulation and continuity tester is a digital instrument capable of perform insulation resistance measurements, continuity tests and AC voltage measurements. The 3023 possesses a backlit LCD display and built-in memory to store up to 99 results.

The Kyoritsu 3023 features the ability to test insulation resistance up to 2000 milliohms across four voltage ranges (100V, 250V, 500V and 1000V). Continuity can also be tested up to 400 ohms using the 200mA measuring current, with a 0 adjustment at the continuity measuring range. A comparator function is also present to indicate PASS/FAIL in conjunction with a buzzer.

As well as testing insulation and continuity, the Kyoritsu 3023 can measure voltages between 20 - 600V AC. An LCD screen with backlight allows it to be utilised in dark locations and a intrinsic safety lock system prevents erroneous operation. The 3023 is supplied with test leads, including a remote control switch set, and a shoulder strap.
