Terms and Conditions

1. Entitlement & Redemption:

Gift Cards entitle the holder to goods and/or services up to the value stated on the Gift Card, or the remaining balance after partial redemption.
Gift Cards can only be redeemed for purchases made directly through Instrument Choice Australia. This includes our online retail store (www.instrumentchoice.com.au) and phone sales line on 1300 737 871.

2. Value & Usage:

The value shown on a Gift Card includes GST.
Gift Cards are partially redeemable. Any unused balance will remain on the Gift Card for future purchases and cannot be redeemed for cash.
If your order exceeds the value of the Gift Card, you will be required to pay the difference in price using another accepted payment method.

3. Validity & Expiry:

Instrument Choice Gift Cards are valid for 3 years from date of purchase. 

4. Restrictions:

Gift Cards may not be exchanged (wholly or partly) for cash.
Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase additional Gift Cards.
Gift Cards are not reloadable.

5. Loss or Theft:

Treat your Gift Card like cash. Lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Cards will not be replaced or refunded.

6. Changes to Terms & Conditions:

Instrument Choice reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
