The TCT512 Thermometer with flip out probe was designed with HACCP food safety in mind. It's convenient to use and has a super fast 3 second response time for measuring temperatures.

The probe is made from stainless steel and fold conveniently away for safe keeping. Opening the probe turns the device on, closing turns it off. The case is IP65 rated so it's splash proof and resistant to use with wet hands. Checking your food temperatures as never been easier also. The backlit display is lit in red (unsafe) if the measured temperature is between 4 C and 60 C. The display then changes to Green (safe) Below 4 C and above 60 C.
