The Castle GA141E dBAir environmental sound level meter is specifically designed for environmental noise monitoring. Measures sound from 20dB to 140dB at frequencies between 10Hz and 20kHz with Class 1 level accuracy and 0.1dB resolution. There are two measurement ranges (20dB to 115dB and 45dB to 149dB) with a linear range of 95dB.

The Castle GA141E dBAir Environmental Sound Level Meter is specifically designed for environmental monitoring of noise, for example performing BS 4142 assessments, boundary noise monitoring and compliance monitoring. It can measure sound from 20dB to 140dB at frequencies between 10Hz and 20kHz with Class 1 level accuracy and 0.1dB resolution. There are two measurement ranges (20dB to 115dB, 45dB to 149dB) with a linear range of 95dB and the environmental monitoring capabilities are further enhanced by a very low noise threshold of 15dB.

It is possible to select A, C, or Z frequency weighting on the Castle CA141E and the user can also choose fast or slow response times (10ms to 24h). The measurement options on this sound meter are tailored for environmental monitoring as it can perform percentile measurement alongside timed noise assessment of various times of day. Lspl, Leq, Lmax, Lmin, and peak are just some of other options available on the meter. Two different variables can be assessed at once thanks to the dBAir's simultaneous measurement function.
