The Atago PAL-BX|SALT+5 is a hybrid sugar content (Brix) and salt content (Salinity) meter with five user-programmable storage methods. Recommended to use for sauces and condiments such as ketchup, salad creams, Worcestershire sauce and salad dressing.


The Atago PAL-BX|SALT+5 is a hybrid sugar content (Brix) and salt content (Salinity) meter with five user-programmable storage methods. Recommended to use for sauces and condiments such as ketchup, salad creams, Worcestershire sauce and salad dressing.
Optical Glass is used for the refraction method that measures the concentration (Brix) from the refraction of light, and titanium is used for the electrical conductivity method that measures the salinity from the flow of electricity. Sugar content (concentration) and salt content can be measured at once 2 in 1.
