The sensor features a silicon photodiode that provides an excellent match to the solar spectrum. UV Sensor

The IC6490 UV Sensor measures the portion of the UV spectrum responsible for sunburning. This sensor allows you to measure and display UV index, dose rate, as well as daily and accumulated dose. The sensor features a multilayer filter that provides a spectral response closely matching the Erythema Action Spectrum, along with a diffuser that provides excellent cosine response. The sensor is mounted next to a rain collector, added on the Sensor Mounting Shelf (sold separately).

The IC7627AU wireless repeater is suitable for extending your weather station's range over long distances or for improving reception in troublesome areas. You can expand up to eight repeaters with a single wireless station, or to form a network of weather stations by linking eight repeaters to eight different wireless stations.
The transmission and reception range for each repeater is up to 300 meters outdoors, line of sight. The typical range through walls under most conditions is between 60 to 120 meters.
Wireless Long-Range Repeater with Solar Power

If you would like to send weather data much further than 300 meters, the Wireless Long-Range Repeater can extend your station's range up to an impressive 3.2 km!
