The photo tachometer function utilises a laser light beam to allow measurements to occur from a distance up to 50 cm. The meter is highly accurate as a photo tachometer and contact tachometer and is rated at a 0.05 percent level of accuracy. The memory call button can be used to access the last measurement, along with the maximum and minimum measurements obtained by each tachometer. The large LCD display will make it easy to read this information.
