The 300058 is designed to measure aqueous samples, with Brix concentrations between 0 to 88%. Also includes measuring the refractive index, temperature, as well the dextran, fructose, glucose, lactose, and maltose scales. Appropriate for applications that involves samples of wine, sugar, carbonated beverages and fruit juices. Can measure samples as small as 1 ml.
