The HACCP is a waterproof thermometer designed for food safety in compliance with HACCP principles. With Red/Green temperature alarm display and PT100 Probe.
Features:
- Visual alarm: The LCD flashes red to indicate the temperature range in which bacteria may grow (4 to 60C & F) and will flash green when the temperature is within the safe range.
- Programmable audible alarms: Users can set the range that set-offs the alarm warning.
- PT100 penetration probe: A PT100 penetration probe offers the highest accuracy even at very low temperatures and a response time of <1 second.
- IP67 waterproof, washable housing.
- Records 99 data points with time stamp: Recorded data can be viewed on the LCD along with Min/Max/Avg readings.
- Count-down timer with audible and visible alarms.
- Delta, hold, clock and a low battery indicator.
