If you need to be able to measure tension and compression up to 20kg, then the FG5020 Force Gauge is a great option. Users can select between both settings, and they can also select a measurement unit between grams, ounces and Newton. The peak hold and zero buttons help ensure accurate measurements, and the unit has an accuracy rating of 0.5%.
The display can be switched between positive and reverse display to be viewed easily and the unit has low power consumption and battery low indicator. The unit is powered by an included 9V battery and comes with a hard carry case.
