Our warranty process in 3 simple steps
Step 1. Contact us on 1300 737 871 to discuss what the problem is with the product. Sometimes you may just need some help with the settings of a piece of equipment, that's not a problem because we provide unlimited phone/email technical support on all of our products.
Step 2. If this doesn't resolve the problem the next step is to organise for the product to get back to us as quick as possible.
Step 3. When we receive the item we will assess the problem and either fix or replace the unit and get it back to you as soon as we can! While we fix the problem you will be kept in the loop of the timeline to get you back up and running again.
It's as easy as that!
