Ordering Frequently Asked Questions
All items that are listed online with stock available at the time of ordering (except battery catalogue items) will be shipped that day if order placed before 2pm EST Mon-Fri (South Australia business days only).
When your order ships you will receive an email containing the tracking number so you can trace your order online. The time to deliver to you depends on your location and shipment method chosen. For smaller items under 5kg (weight or cubed) our 'Free Startrack Service' will get it to you in capital city areas overnight and larger items will be delivered to you within 2-5 business days. How do I return or exchange an item?
Give us a call on 1300 737 871 and we can arrange free shipping back to Instrument Choice, check out our free 30 day returns policy at this link.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we have received your return back to our store in the conditions discussed with Instrument Choice staff your requested refund will be processed within 7 working days back to the original payment source.
The item I want is out of stock, can I still order it?
Of course! When an item is out of stock the approximate lead time is shown on the products details instead of the stock level. After ordering you will receive an email confirming the item is on back order and as soon as we know the shipping date we will send you another email confirming this (this lead time email will usually arrive within 48 hours Mon-Fri).
